[GAMEPLAY] Frost Queen's Claim passive bugged

On any champ that has completed the Frost Queen's Claim quest It seems like using your active before attacking a structure allows you to use your tribute passive more than 3 times.

1. Complete your Frost Queen's Claim quest
2. Wait till you have 3 stacks of your passive
3. Use your active before attacking a structure
4. Attack a structure

This does not work everytime but this is one of the ways i found the replicate the bug.
