dual monitor full screen, moving mouse to side of monitor and clicking minimizes game

the title says it all do i have to add anything else it's frustrating as f***ing hell windowd borderless does the same thing no i have not tried playing with the other minotor turned off because this hasn't happened and shouldn't happen please fix.

I believe all full screen games do this. I'm not sure on that since my other monitor took a shit and stopped working, but at least the games that I used with it did that.
