After dying during the Q dash animation you cannot teleport until you use Q again (the teleport icon is greyed out like it is during the dash, seems like it isn't being renabled upon death) , never had this problem before the last patch but has happened in 3 of my last 4 Fiora games
I too have seen this. Twice actually. First time was during the most recent URF weekend, second was just now when my roommate said his teleport wasn't working after trading kills in lane. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
Me too, its started happening during urf, i even have it on video. I hope they will fix it soon
I noticed this a little while ago but I didn't know the cause.
