Bug with ( i am assuming Ekko) not allowing connection to game?

I have been playing league since about 530 this morning, and decided to Ekko ( with sandstorm skin) and i keep getting this error even though my internet is fine....

i turned off my firewall, does nothing, i checked my connection, no problems to be found, i even reset the router + computer to check. as expected, nada. so i wonder if this is a bug with Ekko? i assume it is because there is no other reason for me to be not connecting, or maybe some sporadic bug?

but now Im going to get reported by this game that is going on from not being in it when i am clearly trying ot be in it.... this is too troll. ( i have been trying to connect this whole time by the by)

Update: i just hit retry for ( about the 50th time) and the game ended shooting me right into the post-game lobby..... i was able to converse with everyone no problem, and hear the bm and hatred and see LEAVER on the top of the screen...

This needs fixed.... ( it annoys me greatly that i got a D- even if i didn't get to play )
