Ahri Damage Bug [GAMEPLAY]

SO pre-5.14, my ahri playstyle was poke someone down pre-6 then all in at 6 and get a kill. In the few games I've played since the patch came out, wether it be autos or abilities, there have been instances when they have done no damage, so I've been losing trades because I couldn't harm the enemy which makes me lose lane.
