Smart ping issue

Any time i try to ping at all it will zoom my screen in very far and then everything will turn into a kind of green screen and i cant see the radial menu either so i have to go off memory. so far ive only played with arcade skins so it could be a skin glitch but so far anyone i ask in games with arcade, they arnt seeing anything wrong, ive tried it with syndra and ahri so far ill try it on kindred next when im back home at midnight central standard. im on windows 10 and if need i can put my pc specs on here as well [sg-ahri-3] Also as a side note i also tried it with ahris arcade skin.
