promotional games issue

i won the first game of the series and lost the 2nd game and didn't yet play my third game of the series but it said i failed to promote after my second game.... if u check my recent games i have won 2 games with miss fortune and caitlyn and joined my series. I won my first game at the series with caitlyn and and lost the second game with caitlyn . Is there a way i can report this to riot so that i can get my chance of playing my third provisional game .
