Problem: not applying passive Repeat: use r e r(second cast) mid e you will leap off but the target will not get marked.

Targets cannot be marked when in valor form, and therefore if you issue the E command while in valor form, no mark will be created. Not a bug, just gotta be careful with your ability timings if you wanna max damage.

Yeah, Usul1202 is right. However, If you do it precisely at the right time (I've done it accidentally by using E and then Tagteam ended naturally), you will use Quinn's Vault, using Skystrike, and applying a Harrier mark, kinda similar to how Mega Gnar can use Mini Gnar abilities as a transform tool
