Having issues getting onto my loot page. It often fails totally, and when it does work, I get an error message about some icons may not show correctly.
Once opened, everything shows up, but I cannot craft keys. Clicking them does nothing, and right clicking has no effect either.
I've tried reloading and repairing. No change :(
Anyone else having this?
yeah me too mate, i checked the server status and riot hasnt said anything about this bug yet
same here. Always getting an error message that the loot data cannot be retrieved and i should restart the client. But I've done this several times without getting rid of the error.
Same problem here.. i try to open loot page and there just goes a blue screen forever... riot help pls
Me 3 , tried everything and same thing .Can't craft or even open orbs and when i asked my friends they didn't face this error :/ at first i thought everyone experienced that , don't know when they will fix it
I have the same problem. From time to time I can't even go to my Champions or Runes, it just won't load, nor change my summoner icon. Store works fine.

Seems all the replies so far are EUW players. So maybe this is a localised issue? Still not working at this time. Mostly the Loot screen just stays empty and black. Still can't craft keys when it does load. unfortunately.
I have the same problem, for like half of the year now. First entry to loot after login - it's black, and after about a minute launcher says "trying to reconnect", and pushes me to main screen. Second and all further entries - It has background now, but it doesn't load.
Sometimes it works, but it is extremely rare, for this 6 months, i've been in there like 10 times. Last time it even worked for 2 days flawlessly. Now it's gone again.
When it works, it sometimes opens after switching loot - store - loot, or just staring on animated background for few hours and then opening loot again, but it is still annoying, "Hmm, will i open those chests & capsules today, or not".

Same here. After log in I got a key fragment for keeping it sportsman like, which didn't show the key fragment graphic. I then got my new BE. Then went to the loot screen which remained completely black. Restarted client. Loot screen still black. Went looking to see if this had happened to others, found this thread.
While I was typing this I left my client open on the loot page and now I get the "Welcome to preseason update" screen explaining new runes, uncapped leveling and veteran rewards, while seeing that the loot screen has loaded in the background.

Had the same problem, tried restarting and repairing the client. It did not have an effect.
What worked for me:
It may sound stupid but i only had to wait a couple of minutes with the client open on the start start screen after logging in. Don't press anything. It seems that the client somehow still loads stuff in the background.

Yep, same problem in EUW. Still happening.
Stays black for me and gives me the error message. Only played a match with Practice tool not really finishing but just looking at items and checking new runes stuff while having towers immune. I had to go and later that day when i relogged this happened and my missions don't show. Hope i don't loose my blue essences this way. would be horrible.
Hey guys, our network team is looking into this right now. Thanks for the heads up! In the meantime, I've individually been looking at a few accounts and do see the your capsules are rewarding blue essence. The error message appears to just be a visual error, and you may need to relog if your updated balance isn't reflected.
It sounds silly but it seemed to work for me if I clicked it (it doesn't load) then I click the store page next to it then click loot again. Then it loads. If I just click loot, it just gives a blank nothing. But if I click loot, then click store, then back to loot it loads like normal.
Have no idea but it did this multiple times and this for WHATEVER reason seemed to work, even if this is by pure coincidence all four times.
There's a little X near the bottom center of the screen, depending on your resolution, if you click it.. the page will load.
same here , my client start completely not working then i play a game all the feature start to work (runes store etc) even the loot page start to show up , just i can craft anything
The Blank Black Page is STILL happening - how much longer will we have to be satisfied with clicking another page to come back to it?

Fresh installation and it happened to me. Can't open loot
Got fix: go to Internet Options -> Advanced -> Security -> Check 'Use SSL 3.0' and 'Use TSL 1.0'

I have this issue for 9 months already.... i got to the loot only 2 times...

Same problem for... tried on both: EUW and EUNE servers... Loot not loading on neither one of them. tried everything! Even reinstalling my Windows and still not fixed -.-
Got this issue too. Moreover I cant even reroll in aram unless I click a champ from pool. When there`s no champ in the pool im grounded. This is joke rito, this is motha fakin joke.
It's 2018, been having the issue since 2017 and nothing is happening, what's the use to buy things like capsules and boxes if I can't open them?? I already tried reinstalling the whole client again, do I have to reinstall my OS for this to work?? [slayer-jinx-unamused]

same here i can also confirm that the reinstall that i did doesnt fix it. also cant select a rune page in champ select there is a red line around it and the tab doesnt open.
Same here. Lootpage and New Runepage not loading. It's not even a new bug....
I have the problem that my profile also doesn't load and I also can't see my Runes etc. which is just pissing me off 
Same, I can log in and chat with friends but I can't go to my runes or my loot I don't even have the 3 missions everyone is supposed to have.
