Ranked Play (Bug Maybe)

I have tried playing ranked a few times, and every time I enter a queue I can ban. Come time for actually picking my champ it says there is a problem and it loads forever and I dont get to pick my champ. Therefore, I lose LP and I am forced to exit the game. I was just wondering if this is happening to anyone else? I can play anything but ranked, and getting demoted along with losing LP kind of sucks.
