Disconnect/anti-join proxy-ban

Every time I've queued up for a set of games, the first game crashes as soon as it starts, and keeps crashing until the players vote to end the game early. As such I get a leaver ban. It is 100% reproducible. I let my friend play on this account to see if the problem persists through a different computer/connection/location and it does. I don't know how to avoid this and it's frustrating to have to deal with it every time I sit down to play.

When playing duo queue and a game is found, the accept button does not appear. Instead a window pops up saying I've disconnected and will try to reconnect. When it does the client is unresponsive and I have to restart the client. Every other game will always be found normally. (Literally, it's exactly every other game)

This has been going on for several months now, and as such I have a 20 min queue which is frustrating because as far as I can tell there is no way to avoid this.

Steps to reproduce crash bug:

1. Log into the account "Hermedangler" with username and password.
2. Queue up for a solo game.
3. Get fucked.

Steps to reproduce client crash bug:

1. Log into the account "Hermedangler" with username and password.
2. Queue up for a duo game.
3. Get fucked.

The game is unplayable on this account and as far as I can tell there is no way to get help.

Notes:

It is clearly not my connection as it has happened using different computers, connections and in different parts of the country. It only happens why I play on this account. It ALWAYS happens every other game in duo queue and the first game in a 'set' in solo.
