SO i got a s on yasou when i got lvl 5 and it said i got a lvl 6 token and i was just wondering if that was a visual bug or should i have gotten the token i also played another game thinking it was just a visual bug but it never showed up.

Your post is worded somewhat confusingly. Did you actually get a token? You shouldn't have, and the popup saying you had would be a bug (which I've seen reported at least once before already).
To earn a mastery 6 token, you need to earn an S- or better on a champion you have master 5 on. Since you actually earned that S while Yasuo was still only at mastery level 4, that game should not be eligible for a token for Mastery level 6.
