got 10 times S rank but still no chest

I keep getting S ranks but I never get any chests. It says that I can still get 4 chests but I just wont get them when I get a S rank..

Why is this happening :C?

check your champion you used in your champion tab. If that champ has a gold border / a gold chest, you've already earned a chest for that champ.

That or your account is currently in bad standing due to toxic behavior.
