Rank disappeared?!?!

So I am Platinum 4, and when I logged in to play ranked today, the client is saying:

"Trouble fetching information for: The Ninja Turtle. Affected players should quit and log back in if it persists. 3L"

Well I have tried logging back in and nothing seems to be working. My client is also showing I am unranked. I can play normals or draft, but not any ranked game, whether flex, solo/duo, or even other game modes.
