Game launcher

Twice now I got leaver penalties because the game remade simply because when the launcher crashes while loading. its ALWAYS ON TOP, alt+tabbing won't work period and that makes task manager not work to end the process. the first time I got it to work, but the game remade WHILE I WAS LOADING IN. the second game I didn't get a chance too because I had to RESET MY ENTIRE COMPUTER. Now I have 2 afk matches on my record and i'm probly close to getting a account punishment simply BECAUSE THE GAME FREEZES. oh, and one of those matches was ranked btw, so I lost a series due to a crash and can never get that back.
