LOL Client won't come up

Hi guys, I have to keep running the EXE file to repair it before it can load the client. When I clicked the client.... it just nothing happened. Even in Task Manager, I could see LOL. exe loaded then just ended by itself.

I have clean installed it twice now. used hexatool twice and the problem still persist. it just happened for the last 2 - 3 weeks. I have no idea why it keep close the service by itself.

I think I found the issue, I have to delete the LOL Client folder.... it's bugged.
