Quinn passive bug
The Quinn passive sometimes stays focused on minions even after using her Vault on a champion and does not prioritize champions over minions.

If Quinn's passive worked correctly she might actually see play, but no one cares about Quinn =( If they did, she would have had like 3 small fixes to her kit and suddenly have actual weaknesses other than if her passive failed or her clunky autoattack got canceled by an ability.
