[client] [crash]?

Every time i sign on, i get a "disconnected from pvp.net" notice. I'll try to start a game, and i cant use the chat feature, so i pretty much just have to wait for my turn and lock in without being able to communicate.

1. Signed in
2. selected rank solo queue a) sometimes can't even accept the match and am sent back to match making queue
3. enter champ select

either of the following will happen 4. a) client crashes and i am penalized for leaving champ select b) I am unable to select a champion and am penalized for not selecting a champion 5. I enter the game approximately 4 minutes late
