[Gameplay] [Client] [Voice] League of Legends voice chat messes up audio inputs on Mac (beta?)

Before the wall of text I'd just like to say that I'm running a Mojave beta, but the issue is still relevant no matter what.

Yesterday I encountered a bug on a Mac that messes up every audio input system wide. Basically when I opened the client and also during gameplay my friends in Discord would say I sound 'robotic' and that the audio cuts off often. I tested that by starting a recording in Quicktime and every time either the LoL client or the game is running every audio input gets distored and sounds like a broken record. The moment I exit the game and client everything goes back to normal. I believe this is tied to the voice chat feature, since it only happens with LoL and the issue is present both while in the client and in game. Right now the only way is to use Discord on a phone or play LoL in bootcamp (which has it's own set of issues and surprisingly runs worse than on macOS).

Now I'm not sure wether it's because of the macOS beta or recent LoL update (can't fit another macOS installation on my disk to test and going a version back just to test a bug is very cumbersome). If it's the former then I guess it's up to Apple to fix that, but if it's the latter I believe Riot should look into that before Mojave releases to public.
