Dear Riot, We WIN the rank, but we didn't get any IP and rank point !!!!

Dear Riot, this Happened in 2016/1/15 21:25 (In Vancouver) and i'm using the account: Angelababy Alpha. We WIN the rank, but we didn't get any IP and rank point. Can you guys tell me what just happen, is it the server problem? And can we get out score back? (also when we log in the game the zed skin have a problem showing ((game_character_display_Zed_6)). If you want evidence i have picture, however i don't know how to post here. I really want my IP and Rank point back please. Thank you so much!!! =)
