Matchmaking: Can't click champion picture to bring up in depth description

In the previous client you could click a champions picture during matchmaking to bring up the information page for that champion with the list of their abilities, lore, etc. This no longer can be done (or I don't know how), and I found it invaluable during ARAM games.
