LCS Pass Watch and Earn STILL NOT WORKING!!!

Watched the whole NA stream today and some of EU and only got 2/3 progress for watching pro games and 0/3 progress for watching my teams game.

I read that some people are getting the progress when they don't see "rewards are set up correctly".....that would be so stupid

Also we paid good money for these passes and they should be in working order. I'd rather have it delayed a split than not working. You have always had problem with these watch and earn things. Just make us play games or have a "watch your teams live games or VODs" tasks instead (your description actually sucks)

PS. I hope this is fixed soon. It's just so frustrating.

Confirm you are watching on the LoL Esports site and logged on to the correct account
Go here: https://watch.na.lolesports.com/rewards and click "opt out of rewards". Then opt back in for rewards.

If you see this on the rewards tab it means you are opted in: https://gyazo.com/3b7ea3ea369b8e3af2a3223b67259be1

If it says "Opt-in" it means you were opted out of rewards the whole time and that was why you were not receiving rewards.

Turn off your ad block if you have one
Go here: https://watch.lolesports.com/vods/lcs/lcs_2019_summer and watch a Summer Split VOD for at least 15 minutes on normal speed
Give the client up to a couple of hours to sync and give you your reward

i dont even understand what the missions are any more like it still tells me "complete 1 tsm pass mission" like ive watched the game NO REWARDS. this makes me feel like a waste of my money the only mission that advanced was the WATCH&EARN 2/4 after watching the WHOLE DAY of lcs and on LEC. im annoyed now

I got both the LCS and LEC team passes, thus far ive seen every game, though with my work alot of the time i have to watch most of them as VODS. I currently have a 2/3 on LCS and 0/3 on LEC. This should be a full 3 on LCS and my reward yet i have nothing, i just watched my LEC teams games on VOD 5 times, trying different things, i watched with adblock off, on internet explorer, Chrome, with adblock on. none of these worked,
Very frustrating to pay money for something, do what it tells me and then find out its not working for some unknown reason.

I have both also and it still has the same issues where it doesn’t record that I’ve watched anything. It just logs me out whenever I try to watch a game

Had this happen to me as well. Switched to watching my team games on Chrome and seems to work for me.

I've watched the games live and then when i didn't get the progress I watched vods to try. I even tried on my MAC to see if Safari was the magical browser to watch with and nothing :(

Dear riot,

I dont know how you guys function but this is a rather disappointing feature and im at the point i just want my money back. For a cool feature you guys really dropped the ball. Its like clash all over again.

I got a response from Riot support the other day, and it seems to have worked.

-Go to: https://watch.lolesports.com/rewards

-Opt out of rewards -Opt in to rewards

-Should be working after that

So I've watched both live and VoDs with no luck. I've watched them On 3 diff rent browsers with no ad block of any sort, as well as through the LoL Friends mobile app. No luck. I just want to get rewards for the money I spent to do so item 3070

I had a problem with both VOD and LIVE games updating the first week i bought the pass, but since I bought it, I haven't had any issues receiving credit for watching games since.

However...

The issue that I'm running into now is that I dont have the 2/8 mission yet. I got my emote and icon but I do not have a new mission yet. I don't know if they are time gated or if they just have a bug... Either way, I'd like to know what the next missions are so I can get started.

Mostly worked for me but the 6th "Watch your teams games" wont register. I got the first 3/3, but now my bar is stuck on 2/3 and I've watched all 6 vods for my team twice now :(

My problem is that i dont get my next quest i finished two C9 quests and all i have is complete 3 C9 team pass missions or 6 team pass missions the watch and earn is there also and im still waiting on the keys to come through it shows that i completed the quest but still nothing even after opt out/in

edit - EVEN on the LoL Esports site it doesnt show my next quest

had the same problem with mine. i only need 1 more for the 2nd level but apparently it didnt go through and i didnt know which game it was because i literally watched every single game.
