CLIENT - ranked solo queue - couldn't trade with anyone

I just finished a ranked solo queue game where prior to the game I couldn't trade champions with Nidalee (my desired champion). Panicking, I tried to trade with Xin Xhao too. Neither worked for me and it didn't work for the Nidalee trying to trade me either.

Needless to say, going Nidalee mid runes and masteries on Thresh support proved to be a loss. Although my team (surprisingly) understood it was neither of our faults, we obviously were upset that we were shortchanged from the start.

Frankly, I'm just upset I lost LP and would like for me and my team to be refunded the LP.

I have been playing for 4 years, I'm ranked platinum 3 currently, and I've never had any issues with bugs in the past. I'm sure there are plenty of complaints and bugs to deal with on a regular basis, but this is my first ever complaint and my first post in forums and it'd be great to at the least hear back about this issue.
