BO3 Bug - One lose for nothing

Im here to report a bug that i dont understand how it happens. I got 4 wins in a row, and i get into promos, i won one more, so i should be at 1 win, but actually i have one win and one lose for nothing, that's actually weird, and i dont know if there is only visual bug or a real lose added to my bo3, so if i lose one game i will lose my bo3 for nothing.
