Please help game freezes after loading up.

Please help my game freezes my computer in the strangest way. After I launch the game and sign in I come to the menu and the menu freezes, my background freezes and then my mouse stops moving and then i'm forced to reset my computer. I tried changing from the admin launcher and the regular launcher, and changed it to windows 7 for compatibility. This has been going on for days and I finally came here for help. Please?
