Annoying Omega Squad Teemo Bug

So, after a few matches played as teemo, I noticed quite a distracting thing with the voiceover.

Whenever there's a teemo on the other team using any skin other than the omega squad teemo (Haven't met any with that skin on my endeavours, so let's assume it doesn't trigger the bug), and you're playing the teemo as the Legendary skin, quite often the voiceover will play the regular teemo lines like "Never underestimate the scout's code". It only happens when issuing movement and attack commands. I am looking forward for a fix because the sound effects are one of the most important aspects of the game and this thing is just annoying.
