Auto-Attack Glitch

This glitch happens to me only during gameplay. So while I play any champ and I die, there'll be times that when i respawn, all my clicks will be auto attacks no matter if I'm not touching the "a" key or not. I can't buy anything, ping, nor can I go to settings to see what's up. It appears as the only way to fix it is to close the game and then reopen it but in a ranked match, it costs my team a lot. It happens to me ONCE EVERY TWO GAMES. Could you please look into the matter, thanks!
