Cannot Pick Champion Bug

This is a problem that has been occurring for quite a while now and I'm fed up with it. So right now I decided I wanted to play some ranked. I'm first pick and I go to edit my masteries. As I am going to edit my masteries I drag my cursor along zed as I click my masteries. While I am editing my masteries I notice that it is my time to pick the champ I want to play. Here is the problem, I cannot close the masteries because the zed portrait and skill list it blocking the exit button on the masteries. I am just forced to sit and wait until the counter counts down and now I have a 30 minute queue ban. I hope that this gets fixed soon so nobody else has to go threw this. I just hope that this doesn't happen in my series or I don't get a serious punishment for something I cannot control. Thank you for your time
