Games not registering wins/losses if there's an AFKer

I recently played two ranked games (both as Veigar) and in both games there was an AFKer. The first game had the enemy Warwick AFK the entire game and we won because of that. I netted 21 LP which showed on the lobby stats but when I left the LP didn't register and the match history wasn't registered the game even existed. Played another game before and after that and I lost (no one was AFK) and it showed on match history. The fourth game I played (two games after the game with Warwick) I had a troll Teemo that was upset he was forced to bot lane so he AFK farmed jungle and then eventually just left the game altogether at around 10-15 minute mark. The game wasn't looking too good but we somehow won. I got +22 LP from 37 LP which brought me to 59 LP and when I left the game I remained at 37 LP and the match wasn't in my history. What is going on? Anyone else having this problem?
