Compatibility issue windows 64bit

I just download the new patch and i cant play anymore. I can open the game launch a queue and get into champ select but the game wont load and it give me a windows 64 bits compatibility error. What can i do to fix this since i didn't change anything in my computer since yesterday and everything was fine.
