club invitation

i just changed region from euw to eun because my friend plays there and after i played a few games with him he invited me to the club he had started and he told me that when he invited me it said that the invitation was succesfully made but i didnt receive any invitations and when i tried to creat my own club it didnt work, i decieded the club name and pressed create but nothing bappened so im really confused? is it because i reasontly changed region or is it a bug? grateful for answers :)
