I can't log into Riot Games Support to send a ticket

Every time I try to log into support it shows a message that I've succesfully logged out of my account followed by another message saying I should try again later. This bug goes for 2-3 months now. I tried using a different browser, I tried my mobile phone. Nothing. It works for my girlfriend's account for example, but it doesn't work for mine. Help ? Yes, I did select the right region and stuff.
