Malzahar seems to have a mana bug on his Q+W. Despite having the correct mana he cannot cast his spells.
It seems his Q becomes available at 80, instead of 60 and I cannot remember what his W is. Even at level 5 in his Q it still says 60 mana on the hotbar. And the tipbox when you hover over it. Is anyone getting this or just me?
P.S. When trying to cast the message 'you do not have enough mana' pops up. Targetting seems to not change this outcome.

It just hasn't been updated to show the correct mana costs yet.
If I remember right, this is probably because of the hotfix changes. The range of things they can actually change with a hotfix is a bit limited, so things will often "display" wrong until they get fixed properly in the next real patch.
The last time I remember this actually being an issue was WAY WAY back at Viktor's launch when they hotfix changed... his augment costs, I think? Lowered the prices, but the displayed price couldn't lower, and people still needed to have the old higher amount to make the purchase even though it only deducted the lower gold cost.

So anyhow, it seems like it's that sort of thing again since the recent hotfix WAS supposed to raise those mana costs.
