[GAMEPLAY] Yuumi being attached as well as Zhonya's active removes isolation form nearby enemies

This is actually two different bugs with a similar effect, the first one which is caused by yuumi being attached to an ally causes that ally to no longer be isolated or take isolation damage. It can be recreated through the following steps.

1. Have yuumi and kha on opposite teams
2. Have yuumi attach to any ally This has happened every game I against a yuumi The second bug is caused by having an enemy use zhonyas next another enemy, the enemy which did'nt use zhonyas will not be isolated. This bug can be recreated through the following steps.
3. Have 2 enemies next to each other.
4. Hace one of them use zhonyas.
5. The remaining enemy will have not be isolated I understand that the the first interaction was not there when yuumi was initially released, however this bug was not repaired when kha was hot fixed, is there a reason for these bugs remaining?
