Matchmaking is broken

Since the start of Season 6, every game I've played is extremely one-sided. The last game I played had 4/5 ranked (3 silver and 1 bronze) players vs all un-ranked, mostly sub-30 players. It seems like /every/ game I play is like this. Maybe this is mostly venting, but it feels like the matchmaking system is, actually, broken; and not just an exaggeration of speech. At this rate, I won't hit 30 by the end of S6... if at all; and the ratio of wins to losses is making me consider quitting altogether. It is extremely aggravating.

Hey Riot, just wanted to remind you that Matchmaking is still broken... I know you guys are busy, and the boards are full of complaints, but I really would like to call attention to this. My nightly games were all, once again, super unbalanced. The team kill board disparity from my last 5 games: 30 to 6 22 to 4 34 to 23 4 to 24 27 to 14

There was not a single one of these games where there was the slightest chance the losing team might win. All ended in forfeits, following 'Team BlameFest 2016' (As you know, it's everyone else's fault)

This has ceased to be fun. Could we at least get some sort of acknowledgement?

Completely agree. Ranked just isn't worth the frustration if you don't play with a team. The games are considerably more one sided that blind normal games (well mine are), which is saying something. Can we please go back to the old matchmaking system? This new dynamic queue isn't working and its apparent by the amount of threads regarding this issue. Solo Q players facing teams, a huge difference in skill level between players who are apparently in the same league, it doesn't make sense.

From wiki:

A ranked game is a draft mode game type available to level 30 summoners with at least 16 champions available (NOT including free week champions). Summoners are placed on a game ladder and ranked against one another according to a hidden Matchmaking Rating.

You're probably playing normal draft, not ranked draft if you're not level 30...because as far as I know you can't play ranked until level 30.

Don't worry, I play mostly unranked draft, and the amount of games played varies from 100 wins to well over 2,000 (I think I'm around like 1600 myself.) It's not about how many games you've played, it's about how well you play throughout those games.

For some reason, I keep getting paired up with these abysmal teammates who has barely put any effort into learning how to play the game properly. This week, I got paired up with two Unranked players, and a few players who just aren't that good at the game, and guess what, most of these players barely win any of their Normal games as is. Is this what ELO Hell is like? Because it sure as hell seems like it. At this point, if I don't touch Silver IV by this weekend, I'll just give up on Ranked and move on to a game that has a much more tolerable matchmaking system. Or better yet, play a singleplayer game. Overwatch has an identical issue with their whole 50/50 matchmaking algorithm, so I won't go back there either.

i wanna only know is it me or is everyone have same feeling i hate league of legend more than ever i did play this game in season one i hate this new matchmaker someone tell me why we even playing ranked for ??? we have smart match maker now you dont need climb the ladder you are right in your elo if you stuck in silver its ok you are in plat dont worry you know there is no more yoloing if you trying realy hard to carrying the game the match maker will make your game harder to hold you in your elo
80% of game i am doing finei have 500 win and i do have 520 lose and i get drop from gold such joke !!! in last season i did play this much and i remember i become plat player the best thing i can say riot did kill the game with their stupid idea i hate that guy came up with this idea and i hope he suffer in his life

Isn't it funny, i just went into a game with 3 gold including myself and 2 silver, i got matched with 2 plat 3 and 2 player and 3 high gold guess what we lost so hard there is nothing i can even do to carry is becaude the 2 plat player will focus me pretty hard because im adc and my team just stand next to me and watch me die over and over again with out even thinking trying to do something. Why is it so hard for matchmaking system to just rank me with people from within my elo range... I amcreally pissed off actually

you know that the mmr of every unranked is around silver 4? so silver (and 1 bronze) vs basically silver 4's isnt broken

I've had exactly the same problem, I wish they'ed sort this out because every game I've played so far this season has been very un-fun. It doesn't help that assassins are so popular at the same time, which make the snowballing even worse.
