I clicked the gift center so i could gift my friend but nothing shows up .... i thought i was only me so i rebooted my cilent but no luck.
I asked my friend to go in to the gift center but 5 of them said that it doesnt work :(

Gift center is literally blank...I am assuming it has to do with the new Mystery Chest, since the in-store description mentions that it isn't available yet. Wonder if that somehow glitched the store

Seems to be account based. My son logged in on his lvl 13 account and he could see the gift center just fine.
I just patched the client today and had no idea this issue has been around for two days! I thought Riot was better than this...
The entire store isn't working.
Please fix the gift center! my boyfriend has been trying to gift me Rek'sai for hours now and it won't load.
As of now (01/03/16) I can't use the gift centre. I've been trying for 10 minutes to send my brother Zed but it says this: 'Sorry, the system has experienced an error. Please contact [email protected]. I'd rather just come here and report because my previous experiences with riot games and their email has not been so good. It says, 'Please choose another item' in blue but I don't really want to... Why would riot games expect me to settle for anything else with such a high popularity? Less than satisfactory.

I was having the same issue but got it to work but making internet explorer my default browser. Kinda annoying because i have always used chrome but whatever I can buy nutcracko now so im happy!
