My game doesnt let me change the server on my account

Recently some of my friends started palying lol and I want to change my server from EW to EN (my friends play on EN). The game doesnt let me even buy it from the shop anymore (I havent bought it before). I do not want to lose all of my money and progress on my current account someone please help.

Create new account, then you will play on both. Lvl 20 is nothing. And dont worry about multi acc thing, in this game its not punishable.
