[CLIENT] Stuck in champion declaration

Was in the queue for draft pick on summoners rift, when declaring initial champion, clicking on champions had no effect (just the sound effect). Once the timer completed, nothing changed, it still said "DECLARE YOUR CHAMPION!" with a time of 0. I could still type and talk with other summoners (one was very unfriendly but that's a different matter). I never saw who got banned/did not get to pick a ban. Did not know what champions were being picked.

Then in the chat it said everyone left the lobby, so I assume it was my turn to pick a champion, but seeing as I couldn't, I got treated as someone not picking a champion. Attached a screenshot.

Unknown how to reproduce this...

-----------------EDIT----------------- Little update, ever since, my client is now having connection issues. So home/profile etc. is all just a black screen and clicking on Play has no effect. Sometimes it will say can't connect to riot games servers, however my internet connection is fine. I ran Hextech Repair Tool and it also claims all should be ok...

i get the same. Sometimes I cant even change mode on client. Once got a 30 min queue ban for "not picking" because I had dodged another game earlier because of toxic teammates. This is ridiculous and isnt caused by your connection. I have a firm internet grid or whatever, the connection is never interrupted and is super fast, its the clients fault.

Another thing is when I try opening client it freezes and I have to restart my pc. This typically happens when changing accounts and closing and reopening client in a relatively fast time span, neverthless that should still never happen. Riot has too major problems with their client.

Just happened to me. Client countdown to 0 and nothing happens. The weird thing is that chat was working.
