Waiting for offer completion..

I got 15 points in the Pool Party Promotion, and I decided to redeem Pool Party Draven. I did the survey, it was pretty simple. I gave them my phone number, and they texted me the PIN in order to finish the survey. I finished it, and it even said so at the top. I clicked OK, and went back to the page. It says "Waiting for offer completion..". It's been stuck there for a while now. What do I do?

P.S Do I also unlock the champion? I don't have Draven.
