Zilean W Bug

Its seems that Zeleans W has a nasty bug. I play him often and the appears almost every Game but only 1 or 2 Times per Game. When you Cast your Q and immediately cast your W sometimes your Q Wont be refreshed but the W is on Cooldown. I prevent the Bug with Casting the W a bit later but it isnt a good Sollution. I hope you Guys can fix this little Problem :-)

THAT MAKES SO MUCH SENSE.

I've wondered why the heck my double bombs weren't working.

Between this and the Varus bug all my favorite champs are a hazard to play. ;.;
