[GAMEPLAY] Karthus CD in URF
In URF, Karthus' Q says in in the tooltip that it has a 0.2 second CD, but when you activate the ability, it starts counting from 0.4 seconds. Is this just a tooltip bug or is the actual CD wrong?

The cast time is longer than 0.2 seconds. The ability takes 0.5 seconds to come out, so it really has a 05 second cooldown :/
you can cast 2 at a time but it still take .5 to go off like in game.
