[GAMEPLAY] Kalista E Upgrade Tooltip Error

This isn't so much a bug as it is an error.** Kalista's E has odd numbers shown for her slow % upgrade** in the tooltip: Level 1 -> Level 2: 33% -> 37.5% Level 2 -> Level 3: 37.5% -> 41.67% Level 3 -> Level 4: 41.67% -> 45.83% Level 4 -> Level 5: 45.83% -> 50% While the numbers themselves are unusual on their own, none of these are correct in comparison to the actual value in the tooltip.

In case any runes or masteries are involved, here's what I had at the time: Runes: 9x Greater Marks of Attack Damage 9x Greater Seal of Armor 9x Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist 3x Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage Masteries: http://i.imgur.com/NUDxJPR.png?1

This isn't a game-affecting problem, as the value shown in the text post-upgrade is still correct. It was just a bit odd when it caught my eye.
