Just Reporting Issues I am having with New Patch

Launch page does not fit to border. It is stretched, and each of the different link images are cut short. **This isn't the login screen but the initial page after opening League.
Takes multiple attempts to login. Several times I have logged in yet the login screen doesn not change and the cursor just spins.
The store is slow and non responsive at times.

I'm sure you are aware of these issues, I just wanted to do my part to report.

I'm also having the same problem but I can't launch the game because the "agree" button that states you agree to the terms and conditions after a patch doesn't appear on my screen as it doesn't fit within the border. I'm not able to play at all because of this. I've tried restarting my computer, running as an admin, changing properties, and even deleting and re-downloading the game. Nothing that I can think of has worked.
