Quinn { Q } still bugged ?!!

played a game yesterday and i got this bug Quinn at enemy team can block our garen's {R} with his Q idk it's a bug or that's his normal just wanted to report it ty

Are you sure it was beause of Quinns Q? From what I know, it blocked enhanced Auto Attacks, but Garen's Ult is clearly not an AA. I don't know exactly what happened in your game and I haven't seen it in any of my games yet, so you probably want to send a ticket to Riot Support and see what they can tell you.

yeah i'm sure that his Q blocked garen ult and we lost the game :D

Quinns blind doesn't "block" anything. It removes/reduces vision. If garen is running at me and i q, e and jump oustide the circle he can't complete his animation because he lost vision. not because i blocked anything.

There was actually an unintended mechanic, that caused enhanced AA's like Twisted Fate's W to miss their side effects, when blinded by Quinn. But that was fixed last patch iirc.
