Quinn { Q } still bugged ?!!
played a game yesterday and i got this bug Quinn at enemy team can block our garen's {R} with his Q idk it's a bug or that's his normal just wanted to report it ty

Are you sure it was beause of Quinns Q? From what I know, it blocked enhanced Auto Attacks, but Garen's Ult is clearly not an AA. I don't know exactly what happened in your game and I haven't seen it in any of my games yet, so you probably want to send a ticket to Riot Support and see what they can tell you.
Ults like Garen's and Darius can be stopped by losing vision on the target before the animation finishes
If you lose vision of the target you're ulting before the cast time is completed, the ult will not go through. It's not a bug.
