Client Issue

So for the last few weeks I've had an issue where my client just freezes. It happens randomly either during que, champ select, or game load screen. It's becoming a huge problem because I'm dropping ranked elo fast because of it and receiving timers constantly. It's completely random but when it happens once it will happen for a short period of time ( usually a few hours).
