[Gameplay] Ingame shop bug

As title states, an ingame bug with shop. I load in the game and it states I have 20k gold but there's no items.

1. Load up in game
2. Notice that you have 20k gold but no items
3. Try to quit game and rejoin to see if it fixes the shop.
4. Miss tons of cs and exp
