Can not move items around in a League game. It only happens to me in solo queue, where the new HUD is not there yet at least completely.

ŁunarEclipse1 votesclarification: I cannot move items around after I buy them. Say for example I have a health pot on item #2, I can not move it to other slots like 1, 3-7
