[GAMEPLAY] ARAM: Effects get stuck on champions all the game after game freezes

The game freezes and when reconnect, all effects get stuck on the champions. Sometimes, emotes are blank.

1. This is the second time this happens to me, but I didn't recall doing something specific; only tried on ARAM.
2. Effects stay during all game, even when champions are dead.
3. Reconnecting doesn't change it.

I have two screenshots from two different games. The first one shows how all my team had the poison effect even from the base after re-spawning. The second shows a Graves with the line of dashing running even when he was dead, also, Zac got that looks while dead, and when he re spawned, the same image was attached to the bottom of the champion. This issue was not captured by the default in-game record of match.
