[crash] client crashes while trying to add a credit card

1. so first i go to the store
2. i go to +rp
3. i try to change my payment option, it could be any type of credit card or add a credit card
4. the game then crashes

this happens on the mac client. and overtime i try to change my payment options when it's credit card related
