Ranked Victory Promotion Bug

I have played two ranked games for my promotions. i thought everything was good till i see that my two victory didn't send me to silver 4..... i looked at my score and it says i have 1 victory and one loss.. so one of my victory counted as a loss. i played two games in between those ranked games. they were draft pick and blind pick. i lost one as you see in the pictures. That is my report :)
